Shipping policy

NEW ORDERS:
Though our policy is to ship orders within 1 Business days, most of our orders ship within the same day if the order is placed before 2PM. Orders requiring LTL Freight will ship the following business day.

Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot refund S&H charges if it is refused or canceled.

RETURNS:

Customer may return item within 30 days after receiving product for refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories.

S&H for returned items are to be paid by the Buyer.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to battery returns if battery(s) returned without manufacturer's packaging.Unfortunately we cannot accept returns missing parts or packaging materials. Return shipping is paid by Customer. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Please use a carrier that can track packages. Customer assumes responsibility for insuring the returned item. Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton-double wall cartons when returning batteries- and not just the manufacturer's carton. 

TRANSIT TIMES:
Most orders are delivered to you within an estimated 2-5 business days. Please note that all delivery dates given by carriers are estimates only. Deliveries to rural areas will cause delays of  1-5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Bargainshore is not responsible for such delays.  

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
We may  request signature delivery for orders over $500.00 or deliveries to apartment complexes. You can request that we remove signature delivery confirmation -unless order is shipped on pallet via a freight forwarder- and by doing so, we will not be responsible for missing items reported as delivered by carrier. We reserve the right to add a signature confirmation delivery to any order.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Orders of  batteries in which the total weight is 350lbs+ usually ship on a pallet via LTL Freight. Unlike small package carriers, ALL freight deliveries REQUIRE BUYER TO BE AT LOCATION TO ACCEPT AND INSPECT DELIVERY. A working phone number must be provided with order for the freight carrier to call and schedule your delivery. The Freight carrier will return the order if no appointment can be scheduled. Refunds for returned orders will be issued less ALL (TWO WAY) shipping, handling, and storage fees billed by the forwarder.

LIFT GATE:
Carriers add a surcharge for truck deliveries equipped with a LIFT GATE. We include a FREE lift gate service when required. This DOES NOT include "Inside Delivery". The Freight company will deliver your pallet to your address, they will not move it inside for you after delivery.

IMPORTANT:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away and retain all of the original packaging so we may file a claim with the shipping company. For LTL Freight deliveries with damage, please make sure to note "damaged" or "will inspect after opening" on the bill of lading/delivery paperwork before signing it, and then take pictures of the shipment before opening it. 

Upon receiving an item, inspect it for physical damage. If the package and its contents show any sign of damage, keep all packaging materials and contact us and your carrier immediately to inspect and file a claim. We will not be responsible for damaged packages if claims are not filed within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Freight Forwarders or APO/FPO addresses.
